The Role
The Strategic Projects Directorate within Estate Planning Branch is seeking an enthusiastic, results-oriented person to fulfil a newly created Administration Officer position within the Undersea Warfare and Support Facilities Program Management Office. This exciting new position will provide you with an opportunity to be involved in and contribute to Defence’s largest, most complex Infrastructure program.
The role has a diverse range of duties in support of the broader team, including general administration, business and project/program management, finance, procurement and contract management administration support.
You will perform a range of procedural tasks, respond to basic stakeholder enquires, and be responsible for records management.
About our Team
The Directorate of Strategic Projects within Estate Planning Branch, Infrastructure Division is responsible for strategic level estate planning and infrastructure and facilities project/program development for projects of strategic importance and/or with a national footprint. These projects and programs include but are not limited to, undersea warfare support facilities, infrastructure required to support projected Defence workforce growth, remediation and sustainment of maritime structures.
